Rufecta 10mg Tablet works by reducing a chemical substance called histamine, which is responsible for causing allergic symptoms.

- Uncommon: Increased appetite, arthralgia, back pain, constipation, cough, diarrhea, epistaxis, fever, gastrointestinal discomfort, irritability, myalgia, rash, vomiting, and weight gain.

- Increased systemic exposure when taken with ketoconazole or erythromycin.
